We believe that only an intact world is a beautiful world. And we are aware that the ingredients and production of cosmetic products can have an impact on nature and peopleʼs health. That’s why we not only refrain from using critical ingredients, but have also been active in our region and the world for many years.

Help for people who need help.

As a family business with ties to the region, we know one thing for sure: Every business needs people. They provide us with raw materials. They inspire us every day. They are our neighbors, friends, partners, customers, and colleagues. If they’re doing well, we’re doing well as a company. We do everything we can for them.

Fly & Help

This organization enables the construction of around 40 schools every year in developing countries. As a globally active family business, we have so far supported projects in Indonesia and Burkina Faso, among others.

Ortenau womenʼs shelter

For over 36 years, women and children who are victims of domestic violence have received help here. We support Frauenhaus Ortenau financially and with care packages on an ongoing basis.

Ortenau Hospice Service for Children and Youth (KiJu)

KiJu supports children, young people, and their families in the Ortenaukreis in dealing with illness, saying goodbye to loved ones, and grieving. Our support has consisted of various donations over several years.

We also support individual associations, organizations, and projects that aim to actively make a positive difference in the region ‒ by providing both financial support and care products.

Health takes top priority.

We are nothing without our employees. Their health means everything to us. Which is why we organize an annual Health Day around a specific topic, as well as offer free preventative checkups, flu vaccinations, and consultation hours with the company doctor all year round.

We promote the well-being of our customers not only by listening closely to their wishes, but also by using increasingly effective active ingredients and only high-quality ingredients. We deliberately avoid critical ingredients.

Fair from farm to face.

As part of our global society, we are also responsible for society. That’s why we operate as sustainably as possible and create secure jobs. But for us, responsibility does not end at the factory gate. We also expect our suppliers and service providers around the world to respect human rights and act responsibly in accordance with the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. And last but not least, we have a heart for our region. To strengthen and support it, we prefer to work with companies from here.
