Join us in 5 easy steps.

1. Apply.

We are delighted that you are interested in us as an employer! Apply by e-mail or use JOIN ‒ weʼll confirm within a few days that we have received your application. We usually respond to your application after three weeks.

2. Get to know us better.

If we would like to learn more about you, we will invite you by e-mail to an on-site or online interview. Here you will get to know your future manager and discover more details about the position. After the interview, weʼll get back to you usually within a week.

3. Get to know us even better or work on a trial basis.

Depending on the position, you will either have another interview, this time with your future colleagues, or weʼll invite you to a trial workday so that you can get a better impression of the job and your team. After that, weʼll get back to you within two weeks.

4. Sign your employment contract.

At this point itʼs clear: We definitely want to win you over. After we have clarified the conditions, you will receive the employment contract by mail or you can sign it directly with us. Until your first day of work, we will of course be available to answer any questions you may have.

5. Become completely integrated.

On your first day of work, you will get to know the team and the company. Your Welcome Package includes everything you need for your journey with us. In the first few weeks, your team will develop an individual plan to familiarize you with your tasks and prepare relevant training. A personal mentor will help you with any questions you may have about your job and the company. For cross-border commuters, we also support you in dealing with the authorities. And depending on the position, you will also get to know all the related areas of the company during mini-internships.
